Join me in supporting CAF!

CAF raises money to help people with physical disabilites pursue an active lifestyle through physical fitness and athletics. CAF’s mission is clear: give those with the desire to live active, competitive lifestyles every opportunity to compete in the sports they love.

This year the Disney Half Ironman Triathlon is the set race for Operation Rebound and my goal race for raising funds. It provides post-rehabilitation support, mentoring and fellowship to American military personnel permantly injured in Afghanistan and Iraq. The program helps these heroes reach their athletic goals.

You all know me as someone who encourages everyone at every age and every ability to live an active and healthy lifestyle. This is a very special organization and I hope you will join me with your support. I will be racing with some of these men and women at the triathlon and look forward to a great day.
